Paris, France–September 2, 2025: Leading SOV-operator ESVAGT has chosen Spinergie’s Smart Fleet Management (SFM) solution to optimize digital reporting across its current fleet of nine SOVs.
Using SFM, ESVAGT will enhance its operational efficiency and data management across the SOV fleet, which primarily undertakes offshore wind support operations in the North Sea. The solution ensures that ESVAGT is now fully equipped to comply with increased reporting requirements from clients while simultaneously reducing the administrative burden of reporting on their crews.
ESVAGT benefits from a suite of tools tailored to their specifications and operations. These include a simplified digital reporting procedure accessible by tablet for easy use offshore. This optimized UX is reinforced with automatic population and comprehensive quality checks.
Integrated data sources, tailored to ESVAGT's specific requirements, automatically populate reporting fields within the SFM solution. For example, navigational data is filled via onboard GPS systems while contextual weather data is supplied by forecasting and onboard instruments. Meanwhile, quality checks at the point of entry reduce the potential for crews to engage in frustrating rework or backtracking to rectify mistakes.
The next stage of the integration will be to include fuel sensor data into the reporting process. This will save further crew time and provide more robust fuel consumption data, helping ESVAGT build on their emissions reduction strategies.
Essentially, SFM streamlines the reporting process, greatly reducing the administrative burden on crews. By centralizing data collection and automating workflows, ESVAGT can focus on its core mission of safe and reliable offshore support, while ensuring a more sustainable and transparent approach to maritime operations.
“We have been met by Spinergie’s very professional team who truly values our feedback and works towards delivering strong, collaborative results.
“The implementation phase has been surprisingly smooth, and we appreciate Spinergie’s dedicated assistance. “We were very comfortable and excited to work together for this collaboration.” said Dennis Bjørn Krog-Meyer, CFO
“SFM enables ESVAGT’s onshore staff and onboard crews to communicate and align more effectively.
“Most importantly, SFM is helping them streamline their reporting process, allowing them to focus on what matters most: safe and efficient maritime support.” said Louis Jozon, CPO & Co-founder, Spinergie.
