Jean-Baptiste Rougeot is Head of Offshore Analysts at Spinergie, where he leads the analytical team covering the offshore and maritime sectors. With over 15 years of experience in the offshore industry, his work spans offshore installation engineering, vessel forecasting, and market analysis across offshore wind, oil & gas, dredging, and subsea cables.
