In compliance with the French "Avenir" Act of September 5, 2018, Spinergie publishes its annual Gender Equality Index. This index serves as a standardized tool to measure the effectiveness of our pay equity policies and identify areas for structural improvement.

What is the Gender
Equality Index ?

All French companies must calculate and publish an annual Gender Equality Index before March 1st. The index is composed of five indicators totaling 100 points:

Pay gap
between women and men
Gap in individual pay raise rates
between women and men
Gap in promotion rates
between women and men
Number of female employees
who received a pay raise upon returning
from maternity leave
Number of employees
from the underrepresented sex among
the top 10 highest earners
