Hugo joined Spinergie in 2026 as Lead Wind Analyst after seven years in onshore and offshore wind project development. Prior to joining Spinergie, he was working on competitor analysis, building technical and financial models that supported bid decisions for the UK's Allocation Round 7 and French offshore wind tenders.
