Maritime technology company Spinergie takes another step towards simplifying regulatory compliance

Paris, France—May 15, 2026: Spinergie Smart Fleet Management (SFM) now integrates with leading maritime emissions verification services - including Veracity by DNV, VeriSTAR Green, Lloyd’s Register, RINA, Normec, and Class NK - to streamline compliance for vessel managers and monitor exposure for charterers.
Increasing global and regional regulatory requirements mean additional demands for maritime players such as rigorous data collection, reporting, and independent data verification. By expanding its verification partnerships, Spinergie facilitates the direct sharing of all required data with the client’s choice of accredited verification body, while also supporting the industry towards a reduced environmental footprint.
SFM’s in-built data quality mechanisms confirm that vessel data is accurate and audit-ready before it ever reaches the verifier. Robust validation checks and data cleaning are built into the solution as a year-round process, to reduce the back-and-forth that traditionally delays the verification process, saving significant time for onboard crews and shore-based teams.
Beyond compliance, verified emissions data has a direct impact on commercial operations. With verified data, shipowners, managers, charterers and other stakeholders, are working with a single, trusted set of figures. This reduces the need to toggle between systems or chase data, while it is also beneficial for dispute resolution.
Spinergie's expanded verifier network gives vessel owners the freedom to operate their way. Some clients are bound to a specific classification society, while others prefer verifiers based on geography, commercial relationships, or internal governance. Spinergie’s philosophy is that its fleet management solution is built to fit the client’s operations - not the other way around.
“Our mission has always been to help our clients stay ahead of regulations and mitigate risk through seamless workflows. By connecting to every major emissions verification provider, we can better support the industry’s transition toward greater decarbonisation and operational efficiency. Compliance should be streamlined, not a source of stress,” said Vladimir Bujon de l’Estang, Marketing & Partnerships Lead, Spinergie.
SFM acts as the central hub for all data reported through multiple channels, from automated sensor feeds, to GPS and AIS integrations, and data entered by crew. At every stage, anomalies are flagged, corrections are prompted, and a complete audit trail is maintained.
Once data has passed quality checks, it is formatted and transmitted directly to the client’s chosen verification platform in the format required. Clients retain full visibility and can generate compliance reports for IMO DCS, EU MRV, FuelEU Maritime, and other frameworks from the same dataset, with no duplication or additional effort.
