Spinergie's offshore logistics software brings marine coordination, personnel certification, transport planning and live operations into a single platform. Built with input from oil and gas and offshore wind operators, it replaces disconnected tools and ticketing queues with map-first workflows, automatic qualification checks, real-time manifests and built-in audit trails, so every team works from one reliable operational picture.

Spinergie’s offshore logistics and marine coordination platform centralises air and sea personnel records, certification, transport plans, and live operations.
Our clients told us they kept meeting the same issues time and time again: disconnected systems, non-intuitive workflows, administrative dependence on slow ticketing systems, and poor data quality.
With the input of oil and gas and offshore wind companies, we developed an interface that follows real logistics and coordination workflows. The result is a platform that upgrades teams from using disconnected, unintuitive tools to planning that is grounded in real vessel activity with operational context.
Traditional logistics and maritime coordination tools generate the same recurring complaints:
Spinergie solves each of these traditional offshore planning issues directly.
Marine coordination, safety, and logistics are connected in a single platform that links personnel details, certifications, transport plans, manifests, and live operations rather than having them in separate, complicated to reconcile, systems.
Planning tasks that previously required multiple steps are now streamlined into low-click workflows. Intuitive, map-first operational overviews replace traditional, static Gantt-style views.
Technicians and coordinators manage certificate uploads, approvals, and routine admin directly in the platform. Inefficient ticketing queues are eliminated for a smoother workflow supported by alerts and checks.
Spinergie provides data that is both reliable and flexible. Built-in QC keeps information accurate as it moves through the system, while the module still flexes to each client’s configuration needs.
Three major planning tasks and marine coordination tasks are covered: personnel and certification management, transport planning, and live operations.
The hub of the personnel and certification management system is a central database for all crew and technician profiles, contact information, allergies, and sites worked.
Database information then feeds into configurable qualification profiles (sets of required certificates) and workflows for technicians to upload their documents for marine coordinators and HSE to review, approve, reject, or create dispensations.
Review dashboards and expiry alerts make it easier for coordinators to bulk-review pending documents and track coordinator groups by employer.
Transport planning and manifests dynamically support vessels and helicopters. Handled through a dedicated logistics menu, planners create daily transport plans for vessels, shifts, ports, activities, and teams. These details call back to the personnel and certification management system to automatically check that crews, teams, and vessels have valid certificates before being marked as ready.
Configurable combined manifests include pax, cargo, and dangerous goods to keep all information readily available on one screen. Room to extend is built-in to support additional columns as regulatory needs evolve. Manifests are exported in one-click with in-built revision tracking.
The live logistics hub provides a map and kanban-style view to better visualise and manage boarding, transfers, and team movements between port, vessel, and offshore assets in real time.
A built-in transfer of control workflow checks that required certificates are valid, shows any asset-level restrictions, and indicates an expected end time. Each handoff is logged and ready for subsequent auditing or compliance.
Asset restrictions can be declared or lifted individually or in batches, grouped by zone, site, or criticality level. These restrictions are shown on the live operational map alongside vessel positions, weather layers, nautical charts, and geofenced zones that flag the moment a vessel enters or exits. This view gives operations and HSE teams a shared, real-time view of what is accessible.
Together, these logistics tools turn scattered, real-time offshore activity into a single-coordinated picture designed to fit offshore wind control rooms and fleet logistics teams workflows.
